Jenn and I have been sneaking out for drives to look at homes when they come on the market in Flagstaff. There aren’t many these days and they ones that do come to the market are not necessarily the exact home we are looking to buy. Around 2 or 3pm we decided to go out and look at two homes near the downtown area. The first home turned out to be a 2 family home and that just won’t work. The second home we looked at was in a section we didn’t like. So, in staying with finding our dream home we were 0 for 2 on todays adventure. We did find a 3rd home that looks promising but, we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see that home. It’s on the other side of town and we really needed to get home.

It’s entirely possible that sellers have pulled or delayed their listings, figuring there’s no one looking anyway, and a long-on-the-market house drives the price down. You might consider posting in Flagstaff-area groups online and see if anyone would mind a short, safe, non-touchy visit from you two.
