Today was a pretty special day. My dad saw his cousin for the first time in 15 years. We happened to be close to what’re they were so we invited them and they came. I also can’t wait to post those awesome pictures of Washington DC on my blog tomorrow at the new campground. Assuming it has decent cell signal. Yesterday was an awesome day and it was our second national park. It’s definitely a little complicating.
Yesterday was a lot of fun. We drove through Shenandoah on the way to our campground. I didn’t know we were doing it until when we left a the other campground. We left the campground at around 10:30am that was pretty normal for us. My parents planned out a hike in Shenandoah so we drove their. There is a long road called sky line drive and it is 105 miles through Shenandoah. We saw some cool views. When we got to the hike I was a little excited because my moms friend saw 20 black bears while hiking at Shenandoah and I really wanted to see one. Sadly I didn’t get too but the hike was still really cool. We hiked down to a waterfall. The way their is all down hill and the way back is all uphill so it was pretty tiring on the way up. In all it was about 1.75 miles. When we arrived at the RV park we were a little upset because it was all seniors and we couldn’t spot any kids. We arrived pretty late so when we arrived we just took out all the slides and got ready for bed. We arrived at like 7:00pm.
Yesterday was a lot of fun seeing a national park. Stay tuned tomorrow to hear about our fun day today!
Sounds exciting, I can wait to hear more.
